About the owner

Cool-Time refrigeration and Air-Conditioning has been established since 2016 by Phil Donnolley. 

Since the beginning Cool-Time has been trusted to provide air-conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical services to all of our commercial clients across South Australia.

Phillip Donnelly, Owner and Operator first began work within the Refrigeration Industry straight out of high school in 1995. He has developed a broad range of skills and knowledge within the industry which allows him and his team to provide a quality service to all clients.
